First stand with your shoulders under the arm pads and the balls of your feet on the calf block. start with your heels low and slowly start to raise them until you get as high as possible. Hold briefly and then repeat as many times as necessary.

Leg press calf raises
Sit with your back against the seat and place your feet on the mat making sure your whole foot is on. Then release the lever and slowly bring your legs closer to your body making a 90' angle with your knees. After this push your legs away from your body and repeat the previous steps.

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart in front of a box. Bending your knees jump on top of the box making sure that your whole foot lands on the box. Then repeat as many times as needed.
